All services are provided on a professional consulting basis and are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on qualified leads and project scope as outlined on our pricing page. Payment terms are as follows:

• Pricing is quoted per qualified lead as defined in our service agreements
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their business needs
• Timely payment of invoices
• Cooperation in the implementation process
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary methodologies
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

WhimsyWave retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and intellectual property developed prior to or independently of client engagements. Custom solutions developed specifically for clients will be governed by individual service agreements.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business data. Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of our professional relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

WhimsyWave's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our consulting services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of specific outcomes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas.
